首次发现真性红细胞增多症患者体内存在酪氨酸激酶JAK2V617F突变,最先应用JAK2V617F转基因小鼠模型证明了JAK2V617F是导致骨髓增殖性肿瘤的原因。以蛋白质酪氨酸激酶和磷酸酶为靶标,先后从天然产物、有机和无机金属配合物中筛选到20余种极具临床应用前景的治疗2型糖尿病、癌症、免疫缺陷等人类重大疾病的抑制剂。 主持或参与各类科研课题20余项,发表SCI收录的论文50余篇,获得吉林省自然科学奖一等奖1次(2015年,第二完成人)、吉林省科技进步奖一等奖1次(2010,第三完成人)、中华医学科技奖三等奖1次(2014年,第二完成人)。 代表性论文(近5年): 1.
