研究成果

1. 揭示了细胞增殖周期G1/S 期的关键驱动激酶Cdk2 对细胞凋亡的促进作用,阐明了哺乳动物细胞精确平衡细胞增殖和细胞死亡的分子机制,是细胞凋亡通路的重要补充。
2. 系统筛选了稀有人参皂苷的人类靶点,为人参抗肿瘤作用提供了依据。
3.   在人参深加工领域取得了重大进展。利用生物转化技术对吉林人参进行深加工,制备了《百年参素》系列人参深加工产品。《百年参素》中高活性稀有人参皂苷群含量达到皂苷总量的60%,这是未经加工吉林人参的500倍。同时,彻底解决了人参“上火、升血压”等副作用,任何体质的人群均可享用、获益。
4. 负责完成了6项国家自然科学基金项目,负责执行7项省部级项目,在Protein Cell, JBC, EMBO Rep等国际重点杂志上发表SCI论文70篇,被引次数达2000余次,授权专利7项。
